The NBA season begins this Sunday with the Cleveland Cavaliers beating the New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference finals.
It’s the first game in a five-game series between the teams that has been contested since the start of the 2014-15 season.
The Cavs have won five of their last six, and have the league’s best record.
LeBron James has become the league MVP.
The Celtics have won seven of their past eight, and are the only team in the NBA with a winning record since the 2013-14 season.
The only other team to win seven games in a row since then is the New Orleans Pelicans.
The Knicks are playing without Carmelo Anthony, who was injured in Game 5.
The Celtics are coming off their worst season since joining the league in 2011.
But they’ve won six of their eight games and are in a good position to win the Eastern division for the first time since 2011-12.
They have a shot to win their first championship since 1992-93.
