NBA 2K14, the latest game to feature NBA superstar Michael Jordan, has come to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Jordan said that he would rather be a zombie than not to be born and revealed the reasons for his desire to die.
“I have a very unique sense of style,” Jordan said in a statement.
“When you look at what I am, you know that.
I am a basketball player.
I have a big heart.
I believe that we are in a time of unprecedented change.
I want to believe in a world that will be better for me and my family.
I also want to live my life in the greatest possible way.”
While not exactly a death wish, Jordan’s comments could be a precursor to what could be another high-profile NBA game, one with the game’s stars, and potentially some fans, hoping for a return to the old NBA style.
Jordan’s statement, posted on Twitter by NBA 2k14 community manager Matt Loh, noted that Jordan, who passed away in October, would “not be happy to be a corpse, as he will not want to be an NBA 2 K14 player.”
“I will be sad to see the NBA 2.0 franchise leave me, but it is my hope that my story will inspire some great new games, and that we can create a new generation of NBA players who are better than I was,” Jordan continued.
“I look forward to the day when I will be playing for the Philadelphia 76ers or another team and watching all of the great basketball that the NBA has to offer.”
Jordan is one of the most successful and successful basketball players of all time, with his career spanning over two decades.
In the NBA, he is a seven-time MVP and the NBA Finals MVP and is also one of just a handful of players in league history to win an NBA title with three different teams.
