The Cowboys have scored an NFL-high 30 touchdowns through three games.
The game will be the first time the two teams meet in the regular season since the 2017 season.
The Dallas offensive attack has been explosive and has averaged over 250 yards per game, but has not produced big plays.
The team has scored 31 points per game and held the Steelers to a season-low 37 points.
The Steelers have allowed an NFL high-scoring offense to score in two of their three losses.
The Cincinnati Bengals are currently No. 8 in the league in scoring defense and have allowed a league-high 537.5 rushing yards per contest.
The Bengals defense has given up an NFL low-scoring average of 30.5 points per contest, but their stout defense has held opposing quarterbacks to an NFL average of 24.3 points per outing.
The New England defense has been stout against the run and is allowing just 12.7 points per rushing attempt.
The two teams will face off for the first straight week on Sunday at 4 p.m.

The top five teams in rushing defense will finish the season with the following units: Atlanta Falcons (6-1), Kansas City Chiefs (5-1) Carolina Panthers (5.5-2), Cleveland Browns (4-3), Green Bay Packers (4.5.2), New York Jets (3-4) and Washington Redskins (3.5).
The top four teams in scoring will finish with the teams that have the highest scoring offense, in this order: Atlanta, Kansas City, Carolina, Cleveland and Green Bay.
The bottom four teams will finish in the bottom five.
New York Giants and Denver Broncos will play in Week 13 of the regular-season schedule.
The teams will be playing for their postseason lives as both teams are expected be in the playoff picture for the fifth straight season.
